SUMMARY:  Food service employees are employed as needed for each school preparation center.  Employment is based upon the recommendation of cafeteria managers in cooperation with the Assistant Superintendent. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Other duties may be assigned.

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: NA.

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIUENCE: High School diploma or GED.   Experience in meal preparation for mass setting is preferred.


CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:  Safe Serve Certification

 

EVALUATION:  Performance of this position will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board’s Policy on Evaluation of Support Staff.

 

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:  Nine (9) month employee.  Salary to be established by the Board of Education.
